Great customer service, fast and efficient. I contacted the agency a few times with questions from our clients and I received prompt and detailed information. All passports are received within 5 business days of lodgement as promised. Visa Tracking service on website is user friendly and easily found. We continue to lodge visa applications through Vina . It is our preferred method and we have been doing so for the past few years.
