Vietnam VOA Terms

Our general terms apply in addition to the VOA( Visa On Arrival ) terms. Please refer to: http://www.vinavisas.com/terms

Important Note: The visa on arrival cannot be used for any land border crossing.

Processing time:

The processing time is 3 working days. Public holidays in Vietnam may delay the processing time. Once you have lodged and paid for the service, the processing starts from the next working day.

If you do not receive an email from us please contact our office. Your visa approval letter will be sent to your nominated email. Please check your inbox including the junk folder for our emails.

Fees and Payment:

We charge a processing fee per person in addition to the Visa On Arrival fee and the immigration visa stamping fee. You agree to pay all fees charged by us and our third party supplier. Payment must be received before services will apply.

An additional visa stamping fee will be required to be paid at Immigration check point upon arrival into Vietnam. You must bring with you the correct stamping fee in USD.

Cancellation and Refund:

The Vietnam Immigration Department applies a no-refund policy on all Vietnam visas as they charge for work done and not per granted visa. Once your visa application is sent and payment has been made or an approval letter has been issued by the Immigration Department, we are unable to reimburse you the visa fee. Vina Visas processing fees are non-refundable in all events.

Your responsibility:

It is your obligation to supply us with the correct information. We are not responsible for any visa granted incorrectly or refused entry due to incorrect visa information. Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any visa issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied by the applicant. We strongly recommend that you check your visa application carefully before submitting.

Website Accuracy:

We try our best to correctly describe all services that appear on the website. However, we cannot warrant that all the statements, definitions, and descriptions are most current, accurate, and error free. The Vietnam Immigration Department often changes its requirements and fees without prior warning and changes can take effect immediately. We keep the right to be exempted in any event that any description of service not limited to the visa requirements or any information on our website become outdated or inaccurate.

Disclaimers:

We are not responsible for any loss, delay or cancellation of your flight ticket, tour or accommodation booking made for your trip to Vietnam in the event your visa application is declined by the Immigration Department of Vietnam. Generally, it takes 2-3 working days to process an approval letter, however, there are also exceptions and delay due to unforeseen problems since the process is highly dependent on the Immigration Department of Vietnam. We strongly recommend that you apply for the visa at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid any problems. A visa on arrival approval letter IS NOT a visa. Your approval of the visa is determined upon arrival by the Immigration in Vietnam. You must carry all relevant documents given by us to board the aircraft. We are not responsible for any refusal of boarding by the airline at time of check in. If you are apprehensive of the above, we suggest to apply for a visa to be stamped in your passport before departing Australia.

Privacy of information:

The letter of approval is issued separately for each application, however, in some cases (During high seasons and urgent processing requests), it is issued on a shared basis for all applicants who apply for a visa at the same time or same date of arrival based on the Immigration Department sole decision. If you are concerned with your privacy information being disclosed we recommend applying for a visa stamped in your passport.
