1. A valid original passport with a validity of at least 6 months with 2 blank pages
2. One completed eVisa form with signature
3. A digital copy of a recent passport size colour photo
4. A copy of the Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
5. A copy of police clearance from Interpol or home country
6. Two letter of invitation/introduction from two different companies in Uganda
7. A cover letter stating reasons for multiple entries
8. Proof of travel to Uganda in the last year
9. A clear digital copy of the passport bio page
