Business visa requirements for Fiji passport holders

  Visa Exemption

Fiji passport holders are visa exempted for up to 90 days provided the traveller :

- hold a valid passport with a validity of at least 6 months with 2 blank visa pages
- have proof of sufficient funds for the trip
- have proof of onward/return flights
- have all necessary documents for the purpose of entry

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is always recommended that traveller confirm with the airline that they can board without a visa. The final decision is subject to the Immigration Officer's discretion at the point of entry.


A visa is required if you intend to stay beyond the maximum duration allowed, or planning to enter by other means other than the conditions specified.

  Kenya Visa Requirements

1. A valid original passport with a validity of at least 6 months with 2 blank visa pages
2. A completed evisa application form with signature
3. A digital copy of one recent passport sized colour photo
4. A clear digital copy of the passport bio page
5. A digital copy of the detailed flight itinerary showing applicant's full name
6. A letter from company in Australia
7. Invitation letter from company in Kenya
8. A digital copy of prepaid tour(s) if any

Note when completing the application form, please clearly complete the form using blue or black pen.


Passport

Please ensure your original passport has a validity of at least 6 months with a minimum of 2 blank visa pages. This will avoid any complications at the airport check-in, customs and immigration checkpoints.


Flight Itinerary

You are required to provide a copy of your flight itinerary showing your full name, with details of your entry and exit dates.


Processing Time

When applying please note that there is no urgent processing option for this visa. Please take into account of any public holiday closures when submitting your visa application.
