2. A completed visa application form with signature
3. Two recent passport size colour photos
4. A detailed flight itinerary showing applicant's full name
5. Have proof of sufficient funds
6. A business letter from the company in Australia and letter of invitation from the company in Indonesia
7. A copy of the passport bio page
