2. A completed visa application form with signature
3. One recent passport size colour photos
4. A detailed flight itinerary showing applicant's full name
5. Recommendation letter from the migration agents in Indonesia
6. Approval letter from the Indonesian Authority in Jakarta
7. A copy of the passport bio page
To be eligible for this visa applicant must be a pensioner over the age of 55 years and is from one of the following countries:
Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Sweden, Norway, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Finland, Luxemburg, France, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Spain, United States of America, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei Darussalam, the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand and Taiwan

You need to provide a recent passport size colour photo taken within the last 6 months. The photo size must be 35mm(Width) x 45mm(Height)
You are required to provide a copy of your flight itinerary showing your full name, with details of your entry and exit dates.
It is recommended to apply for your Indonesia visa within 3 months of your date of arrival into Indonesia.
