• Australian passport holders can enter the country visa-free for up to 90 days in an 180-day period.

• The Schengen area entry requirements should be met when re-entering Norway's mainland from Svalbard.

Staying in Norway
• Norway does not currently have any COVID-19 requirements in place.

• A valid passport is required to travel to the Norwegian territory of Svalbard.

Departure from Norway
• Passports are required when crossing borders within the Schengen area.

• Conditions of departure may change abruptly. Travellers are advised to contact the nearest embassy of Norway for the latest details.
