1. A valid original passport with a validity of at least 6 months with 2 blank visa pages
2. A completed visa application form with signature
3. One recent passport size colour photo
4. A detailed flight itinerary showing applicant's full name
5. A copy of the passport bio page
6. Have proof of accommodation
7. A business letter from the company in Australia and/or letter of invitation from the company in Cuba
IMPORTANT:
Any traveller who wishes to enter Cuba from the USA will need to obtained their visa in USA. The Embassy of Cuba in Australia will not issue any visas for applicants who wishes to enter Cuba from the USA. For those transiting via the USA can either change their flight itinerary in order to be eligible to apply for their visa in Australia or alternatively check with the airline to confirm if the airline can assist with the visa issuance on board prior to the departure date from Australia.
Please note when completing the visa application form, an incomplete or incorrect completion of the visa application form can cause delays, in certain cases you may be required to complete a new visa application form.
